Issues — My Assigned & Backlog
Open issues assigned to you sorted by priority. Top 4 shown in the compact card with priority icon, title, and state badge. Full issue list widget with priority, state, assignee avatar, labels, and due date. Backlog card shows oldest unscheduled issues. Due Soon card surfaces issues due within 7 days. Urgent + high priority count shown as a red badge stat card.
Cycle Progress & Burndown
Active cycle stats: total scope points, completed points, completion percentage, and days remaining. Progress bar shows cycle velocity. True burndown chart plots ideal line vs actual completion over the cycle duration. Cycle badge in the Command Centre shows cycle number and days remaining.
Project Health & Roadmap
Active projects listed with progress ring (percentage complete), health indicator dot (on track/at risk/off track), lead avatar, and target date. Project roadmap widget shows a Gantt-style timeline view of all projects with start dates, target dates, and current progress overlaid.
Team Velocity & Workload
Current cycle completion ratio with progress bar on the velocity card. Team workload widget shows a stacked bar chart of issue count per team member, broken down by priority. Identifies bottlenecks and unbalanced workloads at a glance.
SLA Tracking & Overdue Issues
SLA breach stat card shows issues currently breaching SLA with a pulsing red badge. SLA badge shows active SLA count. Overdue stat card counts issues past their due date with green/red indicator. Recent activity card shows issues updated across teams in the last 7 days.
