Overview
Developers don't need Google's full suite open all day — they need to check email occasionally, peek at tomorrow's calendar, and find a doc link. Navique's Google Workspace integration provides exactly that: a tabbed detail view with full Gmail inbox management, Calendar event creation and scheduling, Drive file browsing with storage monitoring, and Sheets data viewing. OAuth connects in one click. Three sub-services — Gmail, Calendar, Drive — each with their own dashboard components, badges, and widgets.
Gmail Tab — Full Inbox Management
A complete Gmail client within the Google Workspace detail view. Stat cards show unread count, sent today, label count, drafts, and threads this week. The inbox preview displays the top 10 messages with subject, sender, snippet, time, and label chips. A label breakdown table lists all labels with unread/total counts and colour swatches. Multi-select enables bulk actions: delete, archive, move to label, mark as read/unread. Compose with rich text. Threaded message detail view with full conversation history.
Calendar Tab — Event Management & Focus Time
Calendar view with month, week, and day modes. Stat cards show events today, this week, calendar count, and next event countdown. Today's agenda lists events with time blocks, attendees, and conference links. A week overview shows day-by-day event counts with busiest-day highlighting. Create new events with title, description, time range, attendees, and auto-generated Meet links. The Focus Time card calculates hours of unscheduled time remaining today and highlights the next free block.
Drive Tab — File Browser & Storage Monitor
Browse all Drive files with icon, name, relative timestamp, and click-to-open. Storage usage widget shows total Drive storage consumed versus quota, broken down by service. The Drive Activity widget provides a real-time feed of recent file changes — file name, action (created, edited, commented, shared), actor, and time. Recent files card shows the 4 most recently modified files.
Dev Notifications Card
A dedicated dashboard card that filters Gmail for developer-relevant emails: GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Sentry, Vercel notifications. Shows icon, subject snippet, sender, and time. Cuts through inbox noise to surface the emails that actually matter to your workflow.
