Vercel Project Management
Deep Vercel integration showing all linked projects with their deployment status, production URL, build time, Web Vitals scores, and last deploy timestamp. Projects can be pinned to the top. A project selector/linker sheet lets users associate Vercel projects with Navique projects.
Vercel Web Vitals Monitoring
Live Web Vitals data per Vercel project: LCP, FID, CLS, TTFB, and FCP. Values are colour-coded against Google's thresholds (good/needs improvement/poor). Trends over the last 7 days are shown as sparklines.
Build Performance Metrics
Per-project build time history, success rate percentage, and failure breakdown by error category. Average build time is tracked and a trend indicator shows whether builds are getting faster or slower over time.
