Technical Capabilities

Channels & Unread Counts
Connected workspace channels listed with member counts and unread message counts. Presence card shows team name, online indicator, total channel count, and member count. Unread card highlights the top 4 channels with the most unread messages. Notification toggles per channel in the detail view.

Team Presence & DND Status
Online users count with green dot badge for the Command Centre. Team DND card shows members with active Do Not Disturb schedules, their DND end times, and a count of available vs DND members. User groups widget lists all user groups with member counts, handles, and descriptions.

Recent Activity & Message Posting
Recent activity card shows the last 5 messages across monitored channels with sender avatar, channel name, message preview, and timestamp. Post messages to any connected channel directly from Navique — useful for quick status updates, agent action announcements, or deployment notifications without switching to Slack.

Thread Tracker & File Shares
Active threads widget tracks threads you're participating in: parent message preview, reply count, latest reply timestamp, and participant avatars. File shares widget shows recently shared files with filename, type icon, sharer name, file size, channel, and thumbnail preview. Pinned items badge shows total pinned count across monitored channels.

Channel Activity Charts
Bar chart showing member counts per channel with a toggle to view message volume instead. Visual overview of where team communication is concentrated. Useful for identifying which channels are most active and which are going quiet.
